After the first 12 months, the 12-month plan carries on monthly at the same price until you cancel. On a yearly plan, add-ons are billed yearly too.

Customer emails are included. Texts are an add-on, or cost nothing extra from us with your own Twilio account. Card payments go straight to your own Stripe account: Stripe's fees apply, plus 1% to us, never more than £10 a payment.
Questions
How long is the free trial?
14 days, with everything switched on and no card. If you don't pick a plan by the end, nothing is charged.
12-month plan or monthly?
The 12-month plan is the cheapest each month, but you're signing up for a year. After that it rolls on monthly at the same price. Monthly costs £2 or £3 more and you can leave whenever you like. Pay for the year up front and you get a month free.
Can I cancel?
Yes, in Business settings. Monthly stops at the end of the month you've paid for. A 12-month plan stops when the year's up. A yearly plan runs to the end of the year you've paid for and doesn't renew.
Do my customers need an app?
No. They get a link by text or email to book in, see when you're coming, read the report, accept the quote and pay the invoice.
Does it work without signal?
Yes. Take photos in a loft or a plant room and they upload by themselves when you're back in coverage.
How do card payments work?
Connect your own Stripe account, which takes a few minutes. Customers pay deposits and invoices online and the money goes straight to you.
Is it just for electricians?
No. It's used for CCTV and access control, IT and networks, electrical, fire and alarms, and heating. If you go to sites and send paperwork afterwards, it fits.
Who owns the data?
You do. Export it whenever you want. Close your account and we delete it.
